Lan Handling develops even more compact case packer

Lan Handling Technologies' latest case packer has been redesigned with an even more compact footprint.

In addition to the high capacity (up to 160 trays per minute) and accurate product placement by the 6-axis robotic arm, the new design delivers significant benefits.

Practical benefits
The height and width of the robot cell have been thoroughly reduced, making this machine easy to fit into existing factories with limited available floor space or height. Benefits include simplified on-site transport through existing wicket doors and placement of this compact case packer on or under a mezzanine. In addition, the control cabinet is also better accessible due to placement at working height.

Adapted to your product
Lan Handling’s case packers are used for a wide product range: flow packs, nets, bags, top sealed and vacuum packaging can be loaded into both crates and boxes. Depending on the product type, the robot tool is equipped with vacuum or mechanical grippers.
