A class leading specialist and international food packing business has bought our end-of-line machines. In this case: we integrated case packers and palletisers into their meat (topseal) packaging line.



This customer wanted to optimise their production process and to reduce the labour costs.

    Manual packing cells with 3 operators per line per shift.

    Capacity increase up to 8000 ton/hour of minced meat.

We have realized this project at a family-owned meat processing company and supplier to supermarkets.



To optimise their production process and to reduce the labour costs, this customer has bought our case packers.

    Manual packing.
  • New situation
    2 case packers place mapped tray products into boxes.
  • How it works?
    Mapped tray packages filled with meat and empty boxes are conveyed to our case packer and then filled. The overhanging edge of the cardboard box is no problem due to our 6-axis robot.
