Now that you are in America, you also visit the Pack Expo trade show in Las Vegas. You are revitalised from visiting fairs and seminars. You are only too aware that you are bumping into current and potential customers here and that’s why you have made a shortlist together with marketing and product management. Your knowledge of the market and products is up-to-date!

You receive a call at the airport: the client you have been working on for a few months has committed to the project! That is good news. You immediately schedule a consultation with your colleagues from sales support and engineering: you have a deadline to meet.
