Together with the management team, you keep a sharp eye on the market to determine where the focus lies in terms of services and product innovations. You highlight the most important actions for the coming week, so that these projects keep moving.

Recently, you visited the Vision & Robotics fair with a colleague from the Engineering department, not only enjoyable, but also very interesting! Here, you came across a new vision solution that might be applicable in our machine lines. During the fair, you already spoke extensively with the supplier, this morning you dive deeper into the data before talking to some customers to determine their needs.

After a break outside in the sun, a meeting with your marketing colleague is scheduled. You discuss the status of the promotional material for the new robot tool that has been developed. The video and webpage already look great! Together, you review the final feedback points and what other input is needed.

A presentation moment for your colleagues in Halfweg is the last item on the agenda for today. The new crate erecting aimed at the agri-food industry is just about ready for launch. The pricing and go-to-market strategy you developed are solid and all technical product documentation is ready. Nice to see the enthusiasm among your colleagues. Tomorrow it’s time for the agents!
