Today is your last day in France. You and a few colleagues spent three weeks working there to install a can line for preserved vegetables. This is fairly common, as you are abroad about 30% of your time. After breakfast, you leave for the customer. One last time you check whether everything works properly mechanically and you ensure a good transfer to your software colleague who flew in yesterday. It runs smoothly! Great, back to the Netherlands.

Once back in Tilburg you immediately join a team meeting for a new project in America: a very extensive line for cat food pouches, including 4 robots, drying systems and a shuttle. As a Mechanical Technician you are part of a project team that consists of electrical, mechanical and software specialists. Over the next few weeks you will be working on building and testing the machine. Because you are involved from A to Z, you see the line slowly coming to life! For the coming time, you will be working in our modern production hall, afer that the next trip abroad is on the schedule.

A completely new supermarket experience. Huh, what?! Really.
