Your morning starts at a university…

Back to school?! No, that is not the case. You are here with a couple of colleagues from the engineering department to represent Lan during the annual speed meets. You have prepared an exciting presentation to excite as many students as possible for our technical internships. With a list full of good candidates, you head back to the office.

Once at your desk, the HR-manager informs you that the applicant for the position of Project Mechanic has accepted the job offer. Great news for the production team! Now, it is your responsibility to register all the information in AFAS. You create a personnel file and make sure that the manager has all the information they need to prepare for the onboarding process. Well done, time for lunch and a short walk after!

After the break, it’s time to update your mail. As an HR employee, you are the source of information for colleagues when it comes to employment conditions. The salary payment was made yesterday, and you answer a number of questions from colleagues about their payslips. Help, time flies! You are making a start with working out a new employer branding campaign, which you will launch together with the marketing department next month. Great, you are ready to present this tomorrow!
