Gentle handling

Pharma products, such as IV infusion solutions, are sensitive and can be easily damaged. Rough movement during loading, unloading, buffering, or conveying can compromise product integrity and sterility. Our automation solutions are designed to minimize product friction, reducing the risk of damage while maintaining a high speed and reliable product flow.

Highly accurate retort loading

Lan designs and installs batch retort loading and unloading system (including bridge, push-pull, and tongue shuttle) tailored to your process and requirements. Our tongue shuttle allows the entire load to be lifted and positioned on the rails in the retort with just millimeters of clearance, minimizing the total loading time for the batch. In this case, no mechanical parts are needed inside the retort, reducing maintenance and total cost of ownership
