Used for: automated positioning of stacking arms
Foldable (bale arm) crates are a great solution to reduce space when transporting or storing your crates. However, you still need to fold the crates manually. That’s why we created the “Bale arm folder”. This machine will automatically fold your bale arm crates and put them in the right stacking position.
Used for: loading products into crates or boxes
A case packer is used within End-of-line automations to load your products carefully into crates or boxes. There are a lot of possible ways to do that. We at Lan Handling prefer to use a flexible robot arm combined with a customised gripper tool. The robot can be programmed to handle products of different sizes and weights. This ensures that your products are always handled with care, even when your packaging line is running at full speed.
Used for: avoid manual unfolding of crates
Foldable crates are great for saving space and transportation costs. But it also costs a lot of time to erect all the crates by hand. Our crate erector will automatically unfold up to 1200 crates per hour. By automating this process you can save a lot on manual labour.
Used for: (de)stacking of crates
A crate stacker and destacker automates the tasks that require heavy manual labour within your packaging line. Our crate stacker is also a lot faster than any human, stacking upto 30 crates per minute is possible!
Used for: efficient loading of different carriers
When your products are distributed to multiple retailers, chances are they prefer different carriers. This is no problem for our combi loader. This flexible system will easily load your products in crates or dollies. You can even change the carrier type with a single push on the button!
Used for: loading pallets ready for transport
A palletizing robot is used to load any type of product onto a pallet. For instance: boxes, bales, crates, sacks, totes and bottles are all compatible with our advanced palletizing robot. The robot is also a safe investment because it’s very easy to relocate this machine to a different packaging line.
