'From filler to packaging machine' was the common thread during the first edition of the Expert Days.

Dozens of international food producers gathered in Tilburg (Netherlands) for the latest insights, updates, trends and innovations.

The program included a keynote about how the drivers of the Next Generation will change the food and packaging industry. Workshops on making pouch packaging more sustainable, important considerations when scaling up to a fully automatic production line and how food safety is guaranteed in Lan Handling’s systems. This was followed by a tour through our 5,000 m2 workshop with a robotized pouch handling system, as the real eye-catcher.

The program concluded with a look at the future: topics such as the adaptive machine and digital twins should not be missing.
